I have known about this place since I was a child,we used to pass it when in the car. I was just a sandy old quarry back then, now trees have grown and it is a popular dog walking spot. There is two sides to the quarry the other is Gresford which you are allowed to have your dog off the lead. I haven't been to that side yet, there is now a small car park which soon gets full up.
These two images of Bluebells were better seen with the naked eye.
I couldn't decide between these two images as both have a different feel to them. This is furn growing before it unravels its leaves thought it made for an interesting image.
It would of been nice to of had a dormouse perched on top of this wild garlic.
These are the veins of the tree appearing above ground, thought it would make an interesting image.
This image I liked the way it had weathered.
This image is the same as the very first one again I liked them both.
I had a lovely walk and next time will go and explore the Gresford side.
